Close the AI literacy gap before it closes your projects.

Article 4 has been in force since 2 February 2025. We run workshops for European companies that need compliance in weeks, not quarters. Built by practitioners who deploy AI in real teams, not lawyers reading from a script.

  • Article 4 — AI Literacy
  • GDPR interplay
  • Audit-ready records
  • Records the auditor accepts
The Problem

Your employees adopted AI before anyone wrote the policy.

ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini are already in your team's workflows. Article 4 of the EU AI Act now requires you to ensure they have the literacy to use them safely, and to document it.

01 Shadow AI

Data is leaking, quietly.

Employees paste contracts, customer data, and proprietary code into public AI tools without realising the implications. Most companies have no visibility into this.

02 No transition

Article 4 applies now.

Unlike most of the AI Act, the literacy obligation has no phased rollout. It came into force in February 2025 and applies to every company with employees using AI.

03 Wrong training

Productivity isn't compliance.

ChatGPT productivity courses don't meet the regulation. Legal masterclasses don't change behaviour. Article 4 needs practical literacy, taught practically.

Our Position

We're not lawyers.
That's the point.

Article Four · Berlin
01 The market

Two kinds of training. Both miss the point.

One side: legal academics teaching about Annexes III and IV, full of case citations and standardisation references. The other: AI evangelists with prompt tricks and productivity hacks. Most companies need neither.

02 Our position

Built by those who build.

Article Four is built by people who deploy AI inside real companies, and who understand that compliance comes through behaviour change, not through PowerPoint about regulatory frameworks.

03 The outcome

Workshops that actually change Monday morning.

Your team leaves knowing what to do differently. Your records are audit-ready. Your obligations under Article 4 are documented. That's the whole job.

Frequently asked
Will this actually satisfy our Article 4 obligation?
Yes. Every workshop produces three things the regulation expects: an attendance record listing who was trained, a curriculum summary describing what was covered, and a dated certificate per company. Combined, these are what an auditor or supervisory authority asks for. We do not provide legal sign-off on whether your specific AI deployments are compliant; that is a separate question we point you to a lawyer for.
Who runs the workshop?
One trainer per session, end to end. Not a rotating bench, not a sales rep handing off to a junior. The trainer who scopes the workshop on your discovery call delivers it.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Quick Compliance: free reschedule up to 48 hours before, full refund up to 72 hours before. Practical and Comprehensive Compliance on-premise: full refund up to 14 days before, 50% refund or free reschedule between 7 and 13 days. The full schedule sits on the Packages page.
What language is the workshop delivered in?
English by default. German on request for Practical and Comprehensive Compliance, no surcharge. Other languages are case by case; ask on the discovery call.
How fast can we get a session on the calendar?
Quick Compliance: the next available slot is shown above the booking button, usually within two weeks. Practical and Comprehensive Compliance on-premise: typically 3 to 5 weeks from discovery call to delivery, depending on your team's availability.
What documentation do we receive?
A PDF pack within 5 working days of the session: attendance list, curriculum covered, materials used, and a signed compliance statement on Article Four letterhead. The format is built around what the AI Act and supervisory authority guidance ask for in attendance documentation.
